The Customer Packet was created for sales reps to customize their leave-behind pieces for each sales call. The folder looks like one of the top-selling chambers. Functionally, it contains a slot for a business card on the front, and whitespace for a hand-written note on the back.
The folder opens like one of our environmental testing chambers and keeps the business card in full view the whole time.
With 17 product brochures to choose from, any sales team member can choose the most relevant for his or her customer and insert them into the folder.
Since sales reps often miss seeing their audience on a sales call, whitespace for a handwritten note was purposely included on the back.

The Thermotron sales reps often stop by current or potential customer locations. Before this piece, they only had verbose 8.5 x 11″ “brochures” to hand to people, with a business card paper-clipped to the bulky stack.
